Wide View Angle is a LEGO Island registry entry. It is not configurable via CONFIG.EXE, similar to "Full Screen", however it has no apparent function. It is unknown whether this happens to affect something that we haven't discovered yet or if it's simply old functionality that was removed or planned functionality that was never implemented. It may be worth reverse engineering this value in the game code to see if it ever gets used.
