Please begin by uninstalling any previous version of LEGO Island you may have. LEGO Island also uses the windows registry to save a few configuration parameters. For a completely fresh install, these should be deleted (after running the uninstall procedure mentioned above). Use Regedit.exe to locate 'My Computer/ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Mindscape/LEGO Island'. Select LEGO Island and under Edit, select Delete. This gets rid off all the LEGO Island registry entries. Do an install after this. Once you have done a clean install, you should run configure.
